Industrial heating by microwave radiation has been used to accelerate the drying of ceramic green bodies. Compared with conventional heating, ceramic green body microwave drying equipment provides a higher heating rate, it is faster than conventional drying due to the direct heating of the ceramic body by the interaction of microwave energy with the ceramic green body.

Such a magnetron can generate microwave energy sufficient to rapidly raise the temperature within the ceramic green body to a drying temperature in only 1 to 10 minutes.
6.Microwave drying ceramic green body equipment has precise temperature control. The transmission power sensor and the reflected power sensor have a microwave power sensor with an error of about ± 5%.
7.Input device of ceramic green body microwave drying equipment is a keyboard that can be connected to the PLC so that the operator can manually input the weight of the ceramic green body. The measuring device sets the transport system can weigh each ceramic green body when the ceramic green body enters the microwave heating chamber to know the total weight of the ceramic green body in the microwave heating chamber at any time.
8.The PLC can adjust the power and/or frequency of the microwave energy generated by the microwave source. For example, when the geometry and material composition of the ceramic green body are input to the input device, the PLC 122 can increase or decrease the microwave power.

Working principle of ceramic green body microwave drying equipment:
