Working principle of fruit and vegetable microwave drying equipment:
The microwave dryer comprises a microwave heating chamber, a microwave generating device, a dehumidifier, a drainage device, a hot air generating conveying device, a vacuuming device, a control device and a temperature measuring device.
The microwave heating chamber of the fruit and vegetable microwave drying equipment is cylindrical, the bottom is designed to be hemispherical, and the top is a hemispherical round lid with hinges and locking devices, an adjustable tray is placed in the chamber on the tray holder.
The microwave heating device of the fruit and vegetable microwave drying equipment is located on the side wall of the microwave heating chamber, and has 3 to 5 asymmetric feed ports, each of which is equipped with a microwave source magnetron with a power of 500 to 1000 W and frequency of 2450 to 50 Mhz. The transmitted microwave energy is directly fed into the microwave heating chamber through the feed port, and the uniformity of the microwave heating is realized by adjusting the number and power of the magnetron.
The inlet duct at the bottom of the microwave heating chamber is connected to a rectangular air heating chamber by hot air drying device of microwave drying equipment. The air heating chamber is equipped with 2 to 3 sets of heating tubes and temperature detecting sensors for heating the air supplied by the fan and regulating the hot air temperature.
The vacuum device of the microwave drying equipment is located on the side wall of the microwave heating chamber and is composed of a water circulation vacuum pump connected by two tubes and a vacuum gauge connected by a tube, respectively for providing a vacuum system and detecting the vacuum degree of the microwave heating chamber.
The center of the bottom of the microwave heating chamber is connected to the inlet duct, and the side wall of the inlet duct is provided with an air velocity measuring instrument and a drainage hole with a valve for spraying the material during microwave drying and hot air drying to accelerate the drying speed.
The inside of the microwave heating chamber is provided with a dehumidifier, which can flexibly adjust the air volume; the top of the microwave heating chamber is equipped with an infrared temperature measuring sensor for controlling the heating temperature of the material.
The control system of the fruit and vegetable microwave drying equipment is composed of a touch type electronic screen controlled by PLC, which is used for the selection of the drying method, the setting and adjustment of the inlet air temperature and the heating temperature of the material; the touch type electronic screen is provided with 3 to 5 sets of microwave magnetron selection keys, power adjustment keys and heating time adjustment keys for selecting the number of magnetrons, adjusting the microwave heating power and setting the material heating time.
