Working principle of cut tobacco industry microwave drying equipment:

Using warming and humidification to increase the temperature and humidity of the cut tobacco industry, the front heating of cut tobacco is carried out by microwave heating to provide the heat energy required for the treatment process, part of the moisture in the leaf wire rapidly migrates or escapes to the surface, the latter stage adopts vacuum technology to quickly dehumidify the cut tobacco, the countercurrent and fair current hot air circulation heating device is used as auxiliary heating means for microwave heating when needed, which further reduces the energy consumption. The cut tobacco microwave drying equipment of the utility model adopts microwave device (countercurrent and fair current hot air circulation heating device with an auxiliary function) and a vacuum dehumidification device are arranged in series in the microwave heating section, the cut tobacco is heated and expanded; in the vacuum dehumidification section, the leaf wire is rapidly dehydrated under vacuum, and at the same time, the shape is cooled so that the leaf wire maintains a relatively ideal physical state.
