- The microwave drying equipment consists of 3-15 microwave heating chambers and hollow cavity body in series. One cavity is arranged after each of the two microwave heating chambers, and each heating chamber is configured with magnetron.By controlling the speed of the conveyor belt, the residence time of the material in the microwave cavity is adjusted, thereby controlling the temperature of the sodium chloride in the drying process to be 65-70 ° C;
- The exhaust device is installed at the top of each of the two microwave heating chambers, and the exhausting amount of the air extracting device reaches 1247-2250 m3/h, ensuring the water vapor generated by the sodium chloride of different water content during the drying process is discharged from the microwave cavity in time, effectively preventing “condensation” in the microwave cavity, that is, preventing water droplets from being deposited on the inner wall of the cavity. Once condensation occurs, part of the microwave will heat the water droplets, causing energy loss;
- On the conveyer belt, place a dumper to turn over materials to avoid sodium chloride crusting;
- The magnetron adopts a copper annular coolerand is cooled by water, which effectively improves the service life of the magnetron, and more importantly, avoids the phenomenon of microwave output power attenuation;
- Roller crusher is installed at the tail of the discharge device to crush large particles of sodium chloride to 3 mm or less.
