Operation method of LD1505 lignite drying and dehydration equipment:
- The hot air drying system pretreats the coal, and the pretreated coal is discharged from the discharge port of the hot air drying system.The lignite dryingand dehydration equipment further comprises a microwave drying dehumidification chamber (5) and an infrared drying scanning cavity (7). The pretreated coal discharged from the discharge port is conveyed to the microwave drying and dehumidifying chamber (5) through conveyor belt.Further dehydration is performed by a strong microwave to excite the reaction by water molecules; finally, scanning and dehumidification is performed by the infrared drying scanning cavity (7).
