1.Material is evenly dried

The LD1506 tunnel type drying and dewatering equipment adopts a tunnel drying storehouse. The ground in the drying storehouse r is covered with rails. The rails are connected with the outside of the drying storehouse. There are storehouse doors at the entrance and exit of the drying storehouse, the storehouse doors are closed. After that, the drying chamber becomes a sealed body. There are 2-10 separate drying chambers in the drying storehouse; a hot air conveying pipe is installed between each drying chamber and the hot air furnace, and the hot air conveying tube is equipped with a hot air temperature control device. Each drying storehouse is composed of a movable drying trolley and a bottom of the drying storehouse body, an air inlet cover at the top, an exhaust hood, and the drying chambers are independent and separated drying units. The drying trolley consists of a body and a drying box. The drying trolleys are connected by a movable hook; the drying box is composed of several layers of material sieves. The hot blast stove conveys hot air to each drying chamber in the drying storehouse through the hot air duct, and the hot air temperature control device controls the temperature of the hot air input into each drying chamber by controlling the suction amount of the outside cold air. Further, the temperature of each drying chamber is controlled. Therefore, according to different baking processes of various materials, the temperature control device can be adjusted to form a required temperature partition between each drying chamber to perform continuous flow drying operation.
