Structural features of LD1805 wood hot air drying furnace:

There is slag discharge chamber under the bottom plate of the drying furnace and slag discharge port is formed at its end. At the bottom of the furnace body, intake pipe leads to the lower part of the drying room, honeycomb air heater with vertical pipe is arranged between the furnace cover and the furnace; the upper part of the furnace cover has chimney, the right side leads to the left side of the drying room, which is also equipped with centrifugal fan; the upper part of the furnace is equipped with fan and flow guide plate.

Sawdust is added from the left side of the furnace, Ignition and combustion make the tube heat and send the hot air to the furnace room to dry the wood, the drying efficiency is high and the drying quality is high.

The lower part of the bottom plate 4 of the hot air drying furnace is connected with a cone body, the lower end thereof is bent to the left to form a row of slag ports 3, he outer edge of the furnace bottom plate 4 is connected to the furnace feet 2 and the furnace body is erected to the ground. At the bottom of the furnace body, an intake pipe 1 leads to the left side of the lower portion of the drying room 10, the upper part of the drying room 10 is provided with a fan 12 and a transverse flow guide plate 11.

Above the furnace bottom plate 4 is furnace 5 with fuel inlet 6 on the left side, honeycomb air heater 7 with a heating tube arranged upright between the furnace cover 8 and the furnace 5. The furnace body is double-layer structure, and the upper part of the furnace cover 8 is connected. The upper part of the furnace cover 8 is connected with a chimney 13 and the conical upper part of the furnace cover 8 is turned to the right side to the left side of the upper part of the drying room 10, centrifugal blower 14 is also installed.
