Frozen prawns -18℃, 5kg per carton, using 915MHZ microwave defrosting equipment, adjust the filament to 1/3, adjust the magnetic field to 1/2, and adjust the transmission to 10HZ. The microwave effect lasts for 5 minutes. The observation results show that the shrimp body is complete and complete, with a full shape and good color, and there is no ice adhesion between individuals. The temperature measured by inserting a needle thermometer into the center is -4℃, and the customer requires the defrosting temperature to reach -2℃. However, considering that there will be a period of normal temperature storage time between defrosting and peeling, the defrosting temperature is too high and the ooze has been completely melted before peeling, resulting in pollution and loss, the customer praises this idea after communication.

A 25kw microwave defrosting equipment was customized for the customer. According to 5kg per box, more than 160 boxes could be defrosted in one hour.
