The lower end of the capillary tube 14 is connected to a current collector 15, and the lower end of the current collector 15 communicates with an inlet pipe 16 penetrating the first cavity 1, and the water pump 3 is electrically connected to the power switch 10.The power switch 10 is electrically connected to the supply hub, and the supply hub 11 is electrically connected to the water pump 3. The inner wall of the third cavity 7 is attached with a waterproof film to prevent water vapor from adhering to the inner wall of the third cavity 7.
